Week 2 Recipe


Mixed Green and Radish Salad 
From this weeks box:
1 Bag of mixed spinach and kale
3 radishes thinly sliced
1 thing slides spring onion
1 cup halved snap peas
A healthy handful of micro greens

Add:
A handful of dried cranberries
A handful of toasted sunflower seeds
Dressing of your choice
