Week 5 Recipe

Sesame Chickpea Mason Jar Salad

Try this recipe to use up the cucumber, carrot and cabbage you got this week! :) 
  • 2 tsps Soy Sauce 

  • 2 tsps

    Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsps

    Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsps

    Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup

  • 1/4

    Cucumber (diced)
  • 1/2

    Carrot (medium, cut into matchsticks)
  • 1/2 stalk

    Green Onion
  • 1 cup

    Green Cabbage (thinly chopped)

Add all ingredients into a mason jar. Shake well before eating, pour into a bowl and enjoy for a quick and easy lunch on the go!
